Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.
NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

We do ship internationally. SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds made within 2 weeks will be processed according to the original method of payment after this time period store credit will be available.
Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may cancel the requirements for this offer. in this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition with the price tag still attached, be unworn, and should not have been washed.
All shipped orders receive a Canada Post return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $7.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
